Service Policy
Opal Skin Concierge is a luxury traveling esthetics service offering customized skincare treatments in the comfort of your home, hotel, or private event space in Santa Barbara, CA (and sourrounding Locations: Montecito, Goleta, Carpenteria).
By booking an appointment, you agree to comply with the following policies to ensure a smooth, professional, and mutually respectful experience.

 
Booking and Deposit Policy
A 20% deposit is required to secure all appointments.
The deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service and is non-refundable if cancellation policies are not followed (see below).
Full remaining payment is due at the time of service via cash, card, Venmo Business, or other accepted methods.
 
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.
Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
 
Travel and Access Policy
Service is available within Santa Barbara, Goleta, Montecito, and surrounding areas.
Travel outside a 15-mile radius of downtown Santa Barbara may incur an additional travel fee, disclosed during booking.
Please ensure the service location is accesable, clean, private, smoke-free, and safe for the duration of the appointment.
If the location is deemed unsafe or inappropriate, Opal Skin Concierge reserves the right to cancel the appointment on arrival. The deposit will be forfeited.
 
Health and Safety
Clients must disclose any contagious illnesses, open wounds, active skin infections, or recent surgeries before the appointment.
Opal Skin Concierge reserves the right to decline service if any health conditions pose a risk to client or practitioner safety.
All equipment and tools are sanitized according to professional esthetic standards between each client.
 
Liability Waiver
By booking a service, you acknowledge that all treatments are performed for skincare maintenance and relaxation purposes.
Opal Skin Concierge is not liable for adverse reactions due to undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, or medications.
You agree to release Opal Skin Concierge and its estheticians from any liability for injuries, illnesses, or conditions resulting from the service.
 
Client Agreement
By booking an appointment with Opal Skin Concierge, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
